Your Physical Fitness Definition Will Determine Your Success
It always amazes me that fitness is a multi- billion ... Yet a solid , concise and universal definition of fitness is difficult to achieve.
Just ask someone who participates in a program of fitness , or even someone in the fitness industry , moreover, to give a clear definition of fitness .
It is very likely to be met with the " deer caught in the fires " look accompanied by stuttering absurd.
If you get a reply, probably leaning towards the specific skills of the person asked .
For example ...
A marathon runner define fitness in terms of muscular and cardiorespiratory endurance ... A power button define fitness in terms of absolute force ... A bodybuilder will define fitness in terms of muscle size and definition, etc ...
But the vast majority of people who participate in a program of fitness are not dealing with professional athletes to improve one physical ability.
Therefore, basing their definition of physical fitness on a specific skill does not lead to a universal definition of fitness.
The fact is that the success of their ability will be determined by your definition of fitness ... So take a little time to make sure you have a clear definition of fitness .
Once you see the amount of a clear definition of fitness can improve your physical condition, you'll wonder how you ever physically trained in the past without one.
So it would be a universal definition of fitness for anyone who wanted to train physically to be better human beings all around ?
I'm glad you asked ... but let's go step by step.
Here is a good definition of fitness ...
The degree of skill and ability to perform all the physical tasks of endurance , strength, flexibility , power, speed , coordination, agility, balance, precision and endurance.
I can already hear the critics of the sports crowd ... You can not "optimize" the performance of all physical abilities in this definition of the form at a time.
And they are absolutely right !
Fitness is not about the " maximization " of a particular physical skill at a particular moment in time, but the "value " of all physical abilities in a given time .
Fitness is a commitment of all physical abilities that make human activity.
Look at it this way ...
Saying that all physical abilities were tested separately.
Some specialized athletes would score very high in some physical abilities ... and very low in others.
But a person who embodies the true form, the universal score in all physical abilities ... not necessarily the best in any jurisdiction.
Here's a great definition of fitness ...
Acceptable and deliberate compromise of competence and ability to act in all areas of cardiorespiratory endurance , strength, flexibility , power, speed, coordination , agility , balance, accuracy and resistance to produce results optimal in the larger amount of performance circumstances .
Not only the ability of a universal commitment of all physical abilities ... but the overall ability to integrate all the physical and the ability to move in a perfect way the following to perform a task successfully capabilities.
So it would be the adoption of this definition of fitness for you?
Your program of fitness training has been evaluated based on how it " optimizes " all physical abilities are not , and how well that " maximizes " a particular skill at the expense of everyone.
Basically, the structure of your workout to improve all the physical abilities of this definition of fitness that you can significantly improve physical performance especially in a wider variety of activities.
Now, this is not why most of us physically form ?
Consider this definition of fitness and use it to measure your training program of the current physical condition.
How well do you measure up ?
If your current workout program lacks ... it really is time for a change.
Your success depends on fitness !
